Hirsch Philanthropy Partners has been recognized as one of the 2021 Bay Area Best Places to Work by the San Francisco Business Times and the Silicon Valley Business Journal.

On May 7th, select employers from the Bay Area were named winners of the award for having created exceptional workplaces that are highly valued by their employees.

Winning companies were evaluated across five categories according to their number of Bay Area employees. The winning companies’ employees rated them highest on values including collaborative and fun culture, management practices, solid compensation and benefits offerings, and other amenities.

Best Places to Work is an innovative publication and awards program produced by the San Francisco Business Times and the Silicon Valley Business Journal. The rankings were determined by surveys that went directly to employees, who answered a series of questions. The survey was administered online by employers through Quantum Workplace, the publications’ research partner. The numeric rankings are based on Quantum’s scoring process. By ranking companies and sharing best practices, the awards program facilitates idea sharing and helps other companies learn from the best.
